International travel to meet partners, attend events and drive BD
Own and grow the Turkish-speaking client base (investors and end-users)
Collaborate with the wider International team (6 people) and work alongside an established colleague on the Turkish Desk
Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, viewings (virtual and in-person), negotiation and closing
Maintain an organised diary, pipeline and reporting while hitting and exceeding sales targets
Drive sales across multiple London schemes, presenting the developments and the London opportunity clearly and persuasively
Attend international property events, exhibitions and roadshows (including some Saturdays - with time off in lieu)

Proven track record in property sales, international sales, or high-value consultative selling
Comfortable with international travel, events and networking
Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the London property market
Fluent Turkish speaker with strong written and spoken English
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy, can manage their own diary and deliver against targets
Benefits
£40,000-£45,000 basic salary
25 days holiday + bank holidays
OTE £80,000-£85,000
