Tasks

Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding service findings and recommendations. Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems and components. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours or emergency service as needed. Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and time on job. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, EPA regulations, and company policies. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, replace defective parts, and calibrate controls as needed. Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure proper operation and efficiency of systems. What You Bring

-High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. -EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required. -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. -Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record. -Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, including rack systems, reach-ins, and ice machines. -Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills. -Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration service and repair.
