Manage a robust risk and opportunities process to steer the business through periods of change and challenging environments.
Consolidating, analyzing and reporting on business and financial performance of Defense IT spend to provide actionable information to management. In the short term and over the medium-term window (5-year plan).
Business partner the Defense IT and Digital team through robust performance management. Including but not limited to Operating Costs, cost rate performance and investment cases.
Develop and drive improvements to the total defense IT cost base. Enabling cost transparency and opportunity creation.
Review, understand and drive improvement to the entire Defense IT cost base alongside business partnering the Defense Chief Digital Information Officer and their leadership team.
Influence and champion the defense business within the roll out of Rolls Royce’s multiyear Digital and IT strategy program.
