Each day you will liaise with prospective tenants, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and finalize tenancies while marketing properties across multiple channels. You will also nurture relationships with landlords and tenants, support your colleagues in meeting KPI targets, and actively canvass the local area to generate new and repeat business.
The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, strong leadership and teamwork abilities, and a reputation for outstanding customer service. You must be able to work independently, have excellent telephone manners, solid IT skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of current residential lettings legislation.
To progress in the recruitment process you must provide evidence of your right to work in the UK, a full UK driving licence, proof of address, National Insurance number and undergo a driver’s licence check. The company also supports armed forces personnel through its covenant.
