Tasks

-Drive continuous improvement: Implement best practices and foster a culture of learning. -Prepare and communicate risk reports: Deliver clear, comprehensive updates to stakeholders. -Mentor and lead: Guide risk engineers and support their development. -Apply advanced risk analysis and modelling: Predict scenarios and evaluate their impact using cutting-edge techniques. -Champion training and support: Lead initiatives to upskill the risk management team. -Work with estimation teams: Ensure risk is factored into project budgets and estimates. -Collaborate with project teams: Integrate risk management into project planning and execution, providing expert guidance. -Lead risk identification: Spot potential risks early and oversee detailed assessments to evaluate their likelihood and impact. -Ensure compliance and quality: Uphold the highest standards and lead regular audits. -Develop and implement effective Risk Response strategies: Design robust plans to minimise threats and maximise opportunities, adapting them as projects evolve.

What You Bring

-PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ/PPQ, Management of Risk Practitioner, RICS Risk Management OR qualified by experience. -Proven track record leading risk management for large-scale projects. -Expertise in developing and implementing mitigation strategies. -Significant experience in risk management within construction or engineering.
