The role assists customers by promoting and selling products and services in the showroom, focusing on understanding customer needs and completing sales transactions across cash, credit, warranty programs, and accessories to meet overall sales targets.
Sales duties include promoting products, maximizing transaction values, meeting preset targets for cash, credit, warranties and accessories, and continuously expanding product knowledge to convert opportunities into sales while managing invoices and POS systems.
Customer service expectations involve maintaining a presentable appearance, delivering high‑level service, actively identifying customer needs, providing honest recommendations, explaining policies, and handling interactions professionally to avoid conflicts.
Operational tasks require awareness of in‑store promotions, confidentiality of sales data, adherence to safety procedures, regular stock checks, reporting damaged displays, ensuring correct product placement and pricing, maintaining a clean sales area, and proficiency with computer applications such as Outlook, SAP, POS and BO.
Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. A bachelor's degree is required.
