In this role you will lead a team to produce high‑quality technical designs that meet relevant standards and codes, integrate utilities, external works and drainage, and manage stakeholder interfaces. You will prepare briefs, scopes of work and bid inputs, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while collaborating with UK and overseas teams and adhering to quality‑assurance procedures.
- Lead a team to deliver technical designs meeting design standards and codes.
- Integrate utilities, external works and drainage across multidisciplinary domains.
- Prepare briefs, scopes of work and contribute to bid proposals.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to achieve key milestones.
- Coordinate with UK and overseas teams to provide integrated design solutions.

The ideal candidate has comprehensive knowledge of gas, power, water and communication networks, proven hands‑on experience in utilities and external works design and site delivery, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and expertise in engaging statutory utility providers. Professional registration as a Chartered Engineer in a relevant discipline is required.
The role may require security clearance, with vetting conducted by UKSV and a residency proof of five years in the UK.
