Prepare and coordinate quotations and submittals to support Price sales representatives, Price Sales Area Managers, and Price Account Managers

Work with Product Management and Marketing to ensure that literature, presentations, and collateral (catalogs, videos, blog posts) is market-leading.
Provide technical assistance to customers for troubleshooting, application, or selection of relevant products
Travel to different locations throughout North America for business
Collaboration and engagement with internal and external sales teams and reps, designers, consultants, and other clients to provide training, strategies in both design and sales
Post-Sales support including training, system installation, and any troubleshooting needed
Work efficiently to provide accurate responses in a timely manner
Provide customers with necessary project solutions and deliverables in a timely manner
Develop test plans to ensure that requisite data is developed.
Interact with customers in social settings, while representing Price Industries in a professional manner
Provide technical presentations and training to customers and visitors both at Price learning centers and locally in customers cities
Support a sale by providing guidance on product competitiveness, support of the bid process, leading customer visits (internal and external), and project management from initial contact through final client sign-off.
Focus efforts (internal and external) on understanding client needs and meeting expectations
Presales Technical Support including understanding and analyzing customer requests, providing engineering responses, recommendations, and product selections, and deliver demonstrations / presentations virtually and in person.
