The position provides a competitive basic salary with on‑target earnings, a commission scheme and access to company‑wide incentive programmes. Working hours are full‑time, covering weekdays and Saturdays, with generous annual leave.
New hires begin with a week of intensive training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, including a fully‑paid hotel stay, followed by a second training week within the first six weeks of employment. Ongoing development is supported through continuous training and enrolment at the learning centre.
