Role

Description

Monitor and perform operation, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of utility, facility, and HVAC equipment/instruments.
Execute project activities related to utility, facility, premises, and HVAC equipment/instruments.
Support internal, external and regulatory audits and ensure compliance with audit observations.
Track procurement of consumables and spares for utility, facility, and HVAC equipment/instruments.
Assist the purchasing department with material procurement, receipt, storage, and issuance.
Manage execution of annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for utility, facility, premises, and HVAC equipment/instruments.
Perform QMS and qualification activities, maintaining required documentation.
Operate and maintain BMS/EMS systems and related engineering department applications.
