The Technical Service Representative (TSR) will join Sika’s Roofing business in the Washington, DC area. Reporting to the Regional Technical Manager, the TSR monitors installation of Sika Sarnafil roof systems, conducts warranty inspections, delivers training to roofing contractors, and travels extensively to job sites to ensure proper application procedures.

Train applicators on proper and efficient installation of Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems.
Attend job starts and perform in‑progress site visits to monitor and enforce correct installation practices.
Document field observations and generate reports to verify compliance with Sarnafil specifications.
Conduct final inspections for technical acceptance and warranty issuance.
Serve as liaison among applicators, general contractors, consultants, architects, building owners, and Sarnafil during projects.
Advise the Technical Manager on progress, issues, and project needs.
Assist sales teams with pre‑job meetings, roof surveys, and warranty claim resolution.
Follow up on leak reports and warranty claim calls, performing necessary Sarnafil repairs.
Inspect existing Sarnafil roofs for warranty transfers, extensions, and annual inspections.
