Production Manager

The Production and Flooring Installation Manager leads daily operations, manages installer relationships, and ensures customers are delighted from start to finish. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, attention to detail, and industry knowledge, with performance‑based bonus opportunities.

• Manage daily production coordination and communicate updates to installers.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support sales team with quoting assistance and ride‑alongs for complex jobs.
• Recruit, vet, and oversee installer talent and vendor partnerships.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions with customers and crews.
• Conduct on‑site quality control visits to meet company standards.
• Organize warehouse inventory and oversee product allocation and job costing.
• Document projects with before‑and‑after photos for accountability.
• Lead weekly sales meetings to discuss new and ongoing projects.
• Maintain 5‑star customer ratings through exceptional service.

Requirements

Ideal candidates have experience in flooring installation and production management, strong phone and in‑person communication skills, and preferably established industry contacts. They are proficient in scheduling, planning, and workflow optimization, tech‑savvy with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook, and possess problem‑solving, organizational, and decisive abilities. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required.
