  • Must be able to operate cranes and fork lifts for moving heavy material or equipment.

  • Knowledge of safety standards, OSHA, MIOSHA, EPA and IAQ guidelines
  • G and H classification preferred
  • Minimum E and F classification
  • Requires refrigerant handling, reclaim, recovery and recycle according to OSHA / EPA standards
  • Ability to analyze and trouble shoot HVAC electrical and refrigeration circuitry
  • Understanding of equipment requiring preventive maintenance
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Commercial HVAC
  • EPA 608 Certification Required
  • Requires the ability to work in elevated position (from lifts, etc.)
