Experience: Have you worked in civil engineering, rail, aviation, defence, or other safety-critical sectors? We’re looking for significant experience.
Risk & Procurement: Do you excel at identifying risks and managing procurement processes? You’ll ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and on time.
Strong working knowledge of NEC3/4 suite of contracts. In particular Term Service Contracts
Contract Administration: Are you experienced in managing contracts and negotiating terms? You’ll lead this process with confidence and clarity.
Skills: Are you proficient with cost management software (Oracle) and Microsoft Office? Do you have strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills?
Qualifications: Do you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field? MRICS or CICES accreditation is preferred.
