- High school diploma or equivalent (Trade School Certificate preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude, good with hands and tools
- Experience in related field (electrician, HVAC tech, car audio installer, etc.)
- Mobile Electronics Installer, Automotive Electronics Technician, or 12V Technician experience
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to travel within 250‑mile radius for up to a week at a time
- Ability to lift >25 lb, bend, squat, walk long distances, and maneuver in tight spaces
- Must be clean shaven for certain worksites
- Safety‑sensitive position: must pass 10‑panel drug screen
Benefits
The position follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime pay after 40 hours and occasional weekend on‑call in special circumstances. Installations may require operating machinery for testing, removing and replacing ignition systems, and traveling to client sites or regional rental yards.
