Provide and maintain a basic set of personal hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, tape measure, utility knife, hammer, and cordless drill). Roundhouse will supply power tools and larger equipment as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of all work orders.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and completion status.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa maintenance.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize tasks and meet property maintenance goals.
Regularly monitor maintenance software to review assigned tasks, update progress, and ensure timely and accurate completion of all work orders.

Maintenance experience in onsite multi-family housing.
CPO License
Experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, and CRM).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Trade school or technical certification preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Minimum one year’s experience in general maintenance and repair work.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
