The Workplace Solutions Strategy Director will drive strategic growth, market leadership, and brand positioning for Interface’s Workplace segment across the United States. Reporting to the Vice President of Segment Sales, the remote role will define vision, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver profitable growth and exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include creating a comprehensive workplace market strategy, partnering with regional sales leaders to meet revenue and margin targets, and providing market intelligence to guide product and marketing initiatives. The director will also build strategic relationships with corporate real‑estate leaders, architects, and designers, mentor sales teams, develop tailored sales tools, and represent Interface at industry events while leveraging Salesforce for pipeline management.
Candidates must have at least five years of sales or business development experience in commercial interiors or building‑materials markets, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and a proven track record selling to North American workplace customers. Strong strategic planning, relationship management, contract negotiation, communication, and team‑leadership skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably Salesforce CRM.
