Enforce company policies and procedures to identify and mitigate risk subcontractor and vendor performance.
Conduct weekly sub meetings.
Generate the primary and two week look ahead schedules and weekly updates.
Maintain as-build drawings and direct project close-out.
Ensure jobsite safety and security.
Identify changes in scope or differing conditions and assist Project manager to secure appropriate change orders for project cost and time.
Manage quality control.
Monitor the performance of the field operations, assist in primary subcontractor scopes.
Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arrange assignment of project personnel.
Review submittals, prepare daily reports.
Supervise subcontractors and vendors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Strong multifamily experience & strong structural background are required.
Familiarity with Procore preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
8-10+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent or Structural Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects.
Ability to manage a team, resolve disputes and foresee potential cost or schedule issues.
Ability to understand contracts.
Municipal and/or commercial construction experience is also a plus.
