Manage tender and contract documentation for review in accordance with quality assurance.

Prepare and perform procurement, inspection and expediting activities.
Carry out assigned project activities, including site engineer duties, in a manner that priorities safety, environment, community and industrial relations.
Work in conjunction with a range of internal and external stakeholders to meet project design criteria and deliverables.
Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and co-workers.
Provide high-level engineering support and project schedule management duties as delegated by the Project Manager.
Participate in the Project quality management process including carrying out inspections at vendor’s premises and review of vendor quality documentation.
Register and file all relevant project documentation in accordance to the Company approved procedures.

5+ years’ post graduate experience in a similar position.
High attention to detail and solid knowledge of design standards and specifications applicable to the group.
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
