- Be a champion for growth with field personnel and through participation/leadership with technical teams and any subsequent projects.
- Share best practices and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Assist with budget development and provide support for new/existing growth initiatives.

- Develop and implement growth strategies (in collaboration with internal teams), participate in business meetings, and continually evaluate existing operating procedures to increase margin and revenue.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, geospatial sciences, or related field required. Equivalent experience considered.
- Understand financial models and data analytics to assess areas of growth and development of opportunities.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Esri suite and its application to municipal operations and geospatial applications; exposure to GIS-centric enterprise asset management systems.
- Demonstrated excellence in leading cross-functional teams including project managers, technical leaders, and support staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Ability to negotiate complex agreements and mitigate risk.
- Experience: 10+ years in management consulting or professional services within the public sector GIS market, with proven success in business development and client leadership.
- Experience with aviation and DOT a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking and consultative sales expertise.
