  • Assist in preparing pitches, memos, and other documentation for internal approval processes and internal reports.
  • Analyze and develop detailed financial models to support structuring, valuation, and risk analysis on projects and companies.
  • Support special projects, Lean initiatives, new business development opportunities, and the operations of GE Vernova Investment Advisers, an SEC-registered investment adviser.
  • Manage projects to ensure administrative compliance with deal terms and establish, implement, and monitor operational reporting metrics.
  • Conduct industry and company research, including risk analysis.
  • Manage routine activities of portfolio assets, including operating reviews, quarterly reporting, and valuations.
  • Prioritize and complete a multitude of complex projects on short timelines.

  • Understanding of three-statement financial modeling and strong proficiency in Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative academic background, from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to generate data-driven outputs and recommendations with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with the principles of project finance and tax equity investments. Skilled communicator who is able to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
  • GPA of 3.5 or above (out of a 4.0 scale)
  • Must comply with pre-employment screening, including drug testing, reference verification, and background check
  • Exposure to energy industry;
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
