Registered Land Surveyor provides lead direction to the survey teams and the survey department for a large heavy highway and civil contractor. You will assign field survey crews, hire/fire for the entire department, and plan, assign, and direct the daily activities of 15 field survey crews in conducting preliminary, location, construction staking, property, precise, topographic, or other engineering surveys.

You will manage the entire survey department, and possess great people skills. Must be a self-starter.
- 5 years of experience with civil construction surveying
- R.L.S. Certification mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- 5 years of experience in any combination of Civil 3d, OpenRoads Designer, Trimble Business Center, Pix 4D, Revit, etc. (Relevant combination of work experience and education may also be considered
- Ability to operate and train equipment, including but not limited to sUAS hardware, GPS, data collector, machine control, etc.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
