- Monthly site‑based project engineer meetings

- Prepare quantity surveys for construction trade work
- Maintain subcontractor relations and generate interest for future bids
- Assist in maintaining historical cost and subcontractor databases
- Keep current knowledge of unit costs and building costs per square foot

- Negotiate, award, and write subcontracts
- Estimate general condition costs and develop preliminary schedules
- Navigate and utilize information contained in Revit models
