The role combines innovative thinking with hands‑on delivery, balancing creative marketing responsibilities with operational event management. It will collaborate with the asset management and leasing teams to capture and showcase the vibrancy of the campus, ensuring occupiers and visitors are informed of offers, incentives, news and other relevant information.

By adhering to the directives outlined by the client and Savills' best‑practice standards, the position will contribute to delivering a world‑class workplace campus through effective communication and event services. The appointment is offered on a two‑year fixed‑term contract.

The role also involves supporting socially responsible management activities, acting as an ambassador for the site, and contributing to the ongoing development of a high‑performing team while meeting client KPIs as defined in the Property Management Agreement.

• Develop and implement a multi‑channel communications schedule to promote events, activities and initiatives.
• Create on‑brand B2C content, including photos, footage, copy for newsletters, app and website, and artwork for print and digital signage.
• Oversee design and production of promotional materials by creative partners.
• Serve as custodian of the White City Place brand, ensuring consistent application across communications.
• Build relationships with on‑site retailers to drive footfall and engage the occupier community.
• Manage and evolve existing communication channels, maintaining tone, quality and engagement.
• Track analytics and engagement data across digital platforms.
• Support the Head of Engagement & Enlivenment in curating an engaging calendar of activities responsive to occupier feedback.
• Assist planning and delivery of events ranging from wellness initiatives and networking sessions to large‑scale seasonal activations.
• Promote ESG and community‑focused initiatives by increasing awareness and participation.
• Act as an ambassador for White City Place to ensure a positive visitor experience.
• Assist with the Estate’s socially responsible management activities, including health & safety and sustainability.
• Integrate the client’s vision and values into all services delivered.
• Collaborate with site team, client and service partners to develop initiatives that improve processes and service delivery.
• Participate in site‑wide forums, discussions and network events.
• Contribute to building a positive, high‑performing site‑wide team.
• Ensure delivery of client KPIs as outlined in the Property Management Agreement.

Requirements

• Deliver ‘Instinct’ customer experience initiatives in close liaison with service partners.
• Proven track record in B2C marketing and communications, preferably within destination marketing.
• Experience running events or delivering hospitality/customer experience in a venue or built‑environment setting.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on engaging, brand‑aligned messaging.
• Proficiency in multi‑channel content creation using tools such as Canva and Adobe InDesign for social media, email, CMS, print and digital promotion.
• Skilled in managing presence across platforms like LinkedIn, website, Instagram and workplace app.
• Practical experience operating photo and video equipment to produce high‑quality visual content, or willingness to develop these skills.
• Ability to track and analyse reach and impact using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and CRM systems.
• Confidence in instructing suppliers, creative partners and managing budgets.
