Machine Loader - 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Description

In this role you will load, unload, and position heavy fabricated metal components using lifting devices, assist machinists or welders with specific processes, keep the fabrication area clean and orderly, and follow documented procedures, standard work, routings, and blueprints.

Requirements

Basic qualifications include experience operating overhead hoists or cranes, the ability to stand or sit for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 35 lb. Physical ability to meet these demands is required, with reasonable accommodations considered.

Preferred candidates also have material‑handling, manufacturing, machining, or welding experience. Prior exposure to these areas strengthens your ability to succeed in the position.

The Machine Loader role is a direct‑hire position on the Sanford, NC plant, scheduled on the 2nd (2:15 pm‑10:15 pm) or 3rd shift (10:15 pm‑6:15 am). The starting hourly wage is $20.20 plus an 8 % shift premium, with a potential quarterly goal‑sharing bonus and a full benefits package from day one.
