Mechanical Designer

Description

• Perform clash detection and provide solutions to resolve design conflicts
• Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets and workflows
• Develop and maintain BIM protocols, templates, and libraries for the organization
• Ensure compliance with industry BIM standards and project-specific BIM execution plans
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and consistency
• Generate and analyze BIM reports to assist in decision-making processes
• Create accurate visualizations for project presentations and reviews
• Review and update BIM models to reflect design changes and updates
• Develop detailed digital models of Mechanical Equipment, piping using BIM software up to LOD 300.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud as a project member
• Experience with Dynamo, BIM 360, Civil 3D, AutoCAD
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges
• 5 to 8 years of work experience in a BIM technology support role
• Proficient in Navisworks Manage for federating, coordinating, clash detection, and producing
• Proficient in English
• Proficiency in BIM authoring tools such as Revit and CAD
