- Provide legal advice that considers both legal implications and business needs of the client.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Create, analyze, and modify operating documents for legal entities, including corporations, LLCs, and partnerships.
- Oversee and collaborate with outside counsel.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.
- Negotiate, review, revise, and draft various types of contracts.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and manage all aspects of client representation both inside and outside the courtroom.

- Employment Law (ADA, FMLA, Title V11, etc.)
- Active member of the State Bar of Ohio.

- Skilled in legal research software (Lexis, Casemaker, etc.).
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
