- Proven ability to work with logical frameworks, theories of change, key performance indicators (KPIs), and results-based monitoring systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing monitoring frameworks, evaluation studies, and impact assessments.
- Proficiency in MIS platforms, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel), and statistical software (SPSS, STATA, R, or equivalent).
- Additional certification or training in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Project Management, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in working with Government departments, World Bank / ADB / donor-supported projects, or Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Public Health Engineering (PHE) Departments, Rural Water Supply Departments of State Governments, or the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DDWS), Government of India.
- Postgraduate degree in Management / Economics / Statistics / Social Sciences / Engineering / Rural Development / Public Policy or related fields from a recognized institution.
- Hands-on experience in M&E tools and methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Ability to prepare evaluation reports, dashboards, and knowledge products to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, preferably in government programs, water supply, rural development, or infrastructure projects.
