Performs costs estimates.
Estimate subcontractors’ final cost.
Verify progress claims submitted by subcontractors/suppliers and prepare payment responses/certificates.
Prepares and updates cash flow charts.
Take off the quantity and evaluate quotations from approved vendors.
Identify variation works.
Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.

Good knowledge of construction products and materials.
Ability to interact with various stakeholders, such as suppliers, vendors, contractors, clients, etc.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, impartiality and discretion.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
An industry recognized certification/ qualification in Quantity Surveying.
Good working knowledge of contract/ commercial law.
Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects at one time.
At least 3 years of M&E Quantity Surveying experience in construction projects and/or building variation works.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Building.
Ability to understand and analyse construction costing information.
