Demonstrate leadership or management experience.
Greater than or equal to 15 years of work experience.
Government military or civilian experience in the National Security Council, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Offices of the Secretaries of the Military Services, Joint Staff, Military Service Staffs, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, or an intelligence agency.
Ability to provide strategic level analysis and advice on new concepts, new programs, and existing efforts.

Demonstrate experience providing strategic planning, technical, programmatic and business process support to a Research organization of similar scope to NGA Research, either within the IC, DoD, or NGA partner organizations.
Ability to distill and collate key technical and programmatic details for science and engineering concepts related to GEOINT.
Or at least five years of experience serving in a similar role in a Research organization within the IC, DoD, or with an NGA partner such as DARPA, DOE Lab, USDR&E, Joint Staff, Military Service Staff, ODNI, Combatant Command Staff, Major Command Staff, or any US Government intelligence, acquisition, or operations unit staff.
