  • Organize, track, and manage product samples for sales representatives and manufacturers
  • Prepare product presentations and reports for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Partner with the Design Team to confirm accurate product features on packaging
  • Keep the showroom current with the latest product updates and displays
  • Maintain and update the sample portal for accessibility and accuracy
  • Coordinate with factories and vendors for timely sample deliveries and modifications
  • Review product samples to support quality control standards
  • Create simple Photoshop mocks for product visuals
  • Track timelines and product revisions in collaboration with the Product Development Manager
  • Manage the sample room, ensuring items are properly categorized and easy to access

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development / Sample Coordinator to support our product development team. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, design, and production while maintaining product samples and showroom presentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and has strong communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop a plus
  • Basic photography skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
