Develop, maintain, and implement a cohesive Warranty & Goodwill strategy for Finning Canada, ensuring consistent processes and standards across all business units, including OEM partners.

Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician, Mechanical Engineering certification or post‑secondary education in Business Management or a related discipline is an asset.
Ability to influence, mentor, and guide teams in warranty and goodwill compliance.
Advanced technical understanding of Caterpillar product lines and strong knowledge of Caterpillar warranty and goodwill practices.
Strong project management, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
10+ years of experience in the service industry, including supervisory or leadership experience.
Electrical certification is considered an asset.
