Advise internal sales, purchasing, trade, financial, and operations personnel on daily questions and long-term projects.
Work with and supervise the work of junior legal professionals.
Serve as a primary lawyer to review, draft, and negotiate customer and supply side commercial agreements, such as supply agreements, master services agreements, EPC and vendor agreements and other contracts.
Analyze, revise, and negotiate contractual provisions to facilitate the needs of the business as well as compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Implement scalable contracting processes.
Identify and solve legal and contractual risks with a focus on organizational profitability.
