We are seeking a Digital Integration Solutions Discipline Lead to drive innovative system integration strategies across sectors such as airports, ports, rail and transit. The role involves designing and implementing comprehensive integration plans, developing testing and validation procedures, and ensuring seamless operation of critical systems including building management, life safety, security, lighting, power substations, ventilation, people movers, and water‑wastewater management.
The Discipline Lead will proactively address integration challenges, support commissioning, identify bottlenecks and recommend risk‑mitigation solutions while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compatibility, security and regulatory compliance. Close interaction with testing, commissioning, and systems design teams is required to monitor progress and coordinate procurement, installation and testing activities.
The position employs systems‑engineering processes—requirements, interface, validation, verification, configuration management and progressive assurance—to deliver successful projects. It leads teams responsible for design, procurement, installation, integration, configuration, testing and commissioning of rail rapid‑transit systems and their interfaces with civil structures, guideways, tunnels, stations, OCS, lighting, communications, power stations and existing operations.
Compliance with the ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 lifecycle standard is essential, as is expertise in engineering, people management and client relationship management. The role proposes process improvements, consults with project and owner teams, develops critical review methodologies, oversees QA/QC, advises on non‑conformances and provides training throughout design, construction and startup phases.
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent and at least 15 years of experience leading systems‑integration teams in transportation, airports, ports, marine or rail sectors are required. Candidates must have direct knowledge of rail systems, professional engineering registration (or ability to obtain), and familiarity with standards such as AREMA, ISO, CENELEC, MIL‑STD and IEEE. Experience with PPP contracts, strong client‑engagement skills, excellent communication, ability to manage information‑system design per ISO 19650, and a fast‑learning, result‑oriented mindset are also essential.
