  • Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
  • Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment
  • Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required
  • Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools
  • Information Ordering — The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).
  • Training to work in a cutting-edge facility.
  • Experience: 2 years associated procedural experience
  • Communication/ Expression —The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Must have working knowledge of all hand / power tools to perform metal layouts of all types, use math facts and charts, and be able to apply knowledge to perform all insulation functions.
  • Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner
  • Must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job. Must maintain a consistent and good attendance record in accordance with Company policy
  • Compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties
  • Ability to move for extended or continuous periods of time
  • Must maintain positive customer and employee relations
  • Certifications: OSHA approved Scaffold building certification.
  • Control Precision — The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
