- Identify and support the implementation of process improvements
- Collaborate with Group Finance, Tax and Treasury teams to ensure effective governance and controls
- Analyse and resolve intercompany mismatches, disputes and aged settlement positions collaboratively
- Provide training and support to intercompany stakeholders across the business
- Drive process compliance through partnering with operational finance teams to identify and implement corrective actions
- Establish and operate governance processes to drive compliance with Group intercompany policies and procedures

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Ability to work autonomously and to seek out, understand and analyse complex information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in a Controllership or Compliance role within a global business environment; exposure to complex intercompany processes preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to drive compliance with Finance processes and effectively operate governance frameworks
