  • Identify and support the implementation of process improvements
  • Collaborate with Group Finance, Tax and Treasury teams to ensure effective governance and controls
  • Analyse and resolve intercompany mismatches, disputes and aged settlement positions collaboratively
  • Provide training and support to intercompany stakeholders across the business
  • Drive process compliance through partnering with operational finance teams to identify and implement corrective actions
  • Establish and operate governance processes to drive compliance with Group intercompany policies and procedures

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and to seek out, understand and analyse complex information
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in a Controllership or Compliance role within a global business environment; exposure to complex intercompany processes preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
  • Proven ability to drive compliance with Finance processes and effectively operate governance frameworks
