We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Director - PMCM (Project Management and Construction Management) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee large‑scale construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- PMP certification required; PRINCE2 a plus.
- 17+ years of project and construction management experience delivering large‑scale projects.
- Deep knowledge of construction industry, infrastructure development, and UAE local regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in construction management, risk management, and financial management software.
- Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- International project experience, preferably in the Middle East; fluency in English; Arabic a plus.
