Candidates should hold a recognised university degree in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of five years post‑degree experience in contract and commercial management, with at least four years in a consultant or client setting. Experience with FIDIC contracts and exposure to sectors such as hospitality, residential, buildings or infrastructure is preferred. Proficiency in QS software such as Cost X, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and solid technical writing ability in English are required.
