Utilizes the facilities maintenance web-based software and completes documented inspections of building systems.
Receives, schedules, and executes maintenance requests from Team Members.
Promotes a safe and healthy workplace for Barton Malow Team Members, vendors, and visitors by ensuring that the overall appearance of the facility (inside/outside) is exceptional.
Supports meeting space set up as required.
Executes both scheduled and on-demand maintenance tasks and identifies and communicates
Supports vendors with access to spaces as well as ensures vendors are stocked with Barton Malow supplied items.
