  • Operate a forklift to move and transport materials as needed
  • Organize work area on a continual basis in order to maintain a safe, efficient, productive and clean work environment
  • Participate in regular training sessions and cross train into other job functions providing assistance to other departments when needed
  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
  • Conduct visual inspections of machinery and perform general preventive maintenance
  • Communicate changes in production and/or quality to department lead, and submit work orders to maintenance team when necessary
  • Perform necessary documentation, data entry, and inventory
  • Setup, operate, troubleshoot, adjust settings, and maintain machinery processes while ensuring a quality output
  • Cross train others to enhance team capabilities

  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Proven ability to multitask in a stressful environment (dirty, confined spaces, strict timelines, etc.), attention to detail, and adapt to changing demands
  • High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment a plus
  • Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
  • Ability to read and understand units of measure and perform basic math functions
