Inbound Advisor

Description

• Take ownership of customer interactions who are moving house, and work on inbound Home Moves retention and sales campaigns
• Achieve your sales targets and deliver customer service excellence whilst maintaining call handling efficiency
• Work within regulatory guidelines and internal compliance procedures to ensure the business is not exposed to complaints
• Proactively sign up new occupants, landlords and letting agents, to ensure continuation of supply at SSE Airtricity supplied premises

Requirements

• An excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
• A working knowledge of MS Office
• The ability to work accurately under pressure and achieve challenging but realistic targets
• The ability to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills, and to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
