We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Marketing Manager – New Developments to lead marketing strategy and execution for new multifamily communities in pre‑development and lease‑up phases. This role creates and drives innovative, data‑informed marketing campaigns that generate qualified traffic, accelerate leasing velocity, and support brand awareness and positioning in the market.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands the lifecycle of multifamily development, and can seamlessly align marketing efforts with operational goals during a property’s most critical stages.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field and have three to five plus years of multifamily marketing experience, with a proven track record of successful lease‑up campaigns.
