The Columbus, Nebraska facility is seeking a highly motivated Welder to fabricate and repair metal components according to blueprints, layouts, or work orders. The role involves using brazing, arc and gas welding equipment to produce steel poles, substations, and other structures, while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Candidates must have MIG welding experience, a high school diploma or GED (or trade school equivalent), and at least one year of manufacturing or fabrication experience, including six months of professional welding. Strong teamwork, the ability to read measurements and follow instructions, a high safety awareness, and reliable attendance are required.
