Liaise with clients, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely service delivery
Schedule, allocate, and forecast day-to-day and upcoming works for wet and dry fire teams
Prepare and process quotes, purchase orders, and job documentation
Coordinate routine maintenance, testing, and quoted jobs across various client sites
Manage permits, service calls, and technician schedules efficiently
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the wider operations team
Support compliance and reporting requirements within the testing and maintenance division
This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with field staff and clients.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Transferable coordination experience from similar trades or service-based industries (e.g. building services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities, etc.)
Confident using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy environment
Proven experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or Maintenance Coordinator role (fire industry experience highly regarded but not essential)
Due to ongoing growth, the team is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support their testing and maintenance division. You'll be coordinating a team of 7-8 technicians, scheduling both routine and quoted works, and ensuring operations run smoothly day to day.
