Daily responsibilities include leading strategic planning and business‑development initiatives, creating and managing annual operating budgets and capital plans, and delivering accurate monthly reports. The GM ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards, oversees tenant‑satisfaction programs, and manages competitive bidding for third‑party services. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or a related field and have at least seven years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or property management. Proven P&L management, strong client‑relationship skills, financial acumen, and proficiency with real‑estate management software are essential. A valid real‑estate license, or the ability to obtain one within the required timeframe, is also required.
Preferred qualifications include a Washington State Real Estate and Property Manager’s License (obtainable within six months), professional certifications such as LEED GA, and a robust network of industry contacts. The position is based on‑site in Bellevue, WA, with a salary range of $115,000 to $140,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package that supports mental, physical, and emotional health.
