Liaise with customers, end-users, subcontractors, suppliers, and certifying bodies to ensure alignment to requirements.
Serve as SESA focal point in meetings, workshops, and design coordination sessions, ensuring traceability of requirements.
Coordination between design, construction, testing, and commissioning teams to ensure coherent RAM and Safety outcomes.
Collaborate with project or bid teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities and SESA deliverables on schedule.
Review contract requirements and develop project-specific SESA strategies, methodologies, and implementation plans.
Ensure clear communication, integration and alignment between internal packages and departments and external packages and stakeholders.
Monitor progress, flag potential issues, and coordinate resolution actions across interfacing teams.
Lead all SESA activities from concept phase through design, testing, commissioning and project closeout.
Review and support key Safety documentation and activities as per; Safety Plan, PHA, SHA, SSHA, O&SHA, IHA, Hazard Log, Safety Case, SRAC, SCIL, and SIL Demonstration.
Provide expert SESA support and guidance to engineering teams, designers, and project stakeholders.
Review and support key RAM documentation and activities as per; RAM Plan, RAM Allocation, FMECA, RAM Modelling, RAM Analysis and RBDs, CCF, Spare Part List, RCIL, Maintainability Analysis, FRACAS.

Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
Advanced knowledge of reliability, availability, maintainability (RAM) analysis. Advanced knowledge of Safety Assurance
10+ years of experience in SESA Engineering.
Experience in railway design disciplines, including systems, infrastructure, and rolling stock, will be valued.
Have a deep understanding of System Engineering processes used in railway projects (requirements management, interface management, V&V, configuration management).
Solid experience in the sector and in-depth knowledge of CENELEC standards (EN50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129).
Practical experience across all stages of CENELEC standards (EN50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129) and ISO 15288
Strong background in SESA.
