The role is designed for individuals who will learn and perform basic‑level tasks associated with the specific process or business area they are assigned to. Employees are expected to follow established procedures while gaining practical experience.
Key responsibilities include understanding business fundamentals, adhering to a structured training schedule, and maintaining professional communication with internal customers. The incumbent will follow existing procedures, introduce new ones into daily operations, meet productivity standards, and promptly resolve invoice and quality‑control issues. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Candidates must possess a B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent degree. Preferred applicants have up to six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, or finance, though strong communication and analytical abilities may compensate for limited experience.
The position is primarily office‑based, requiring regular use of computers, phones, and other standard equipment. Physical demands involve repetitive motions, eye‑hand‑foot coordination, and continuous sitting, talking, and hearing throughout the workday.
