- Prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain and update print-ready versions of marketing collateral and online marketing of listings.
- Manage brokers bios, coordinate client gifts and team expense reimbursements and third-party invoicing, schedule/host team/client meetings.
- Maintain a critical dates calendar.
- Perform reviews of externally focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work.
- Create OMs, BOVs, pitches, listing flyers, property signage, surveys, tour books, and other design tasks, mostly in Adobe InDesign.
- Create eblasts and social media posts.
- Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to a Healthcare Advisory Services team.
- Enter closed deals for invoicing, track commission payments.
- Handle transaction documents and oversee file management.
