Maintain accurate and complete quality records for compliance and traceability.
Occasional travel for training or supplier assessments (may include overnight stays).
Provide guidance and mentorship to QC Specialists, Inspectors, and Associates.

Assign daily QC tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to procedures.
Conduct spot-checks and audits to validate inspection accuracy.
Coordinate MRB activities by segregating and tracking nonconforming material.
Assist in root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions.
Verify calibration of inspection tools; coordinate with Metrology/Calibration teams.
Train and mentor new team members on inspection methods and quality standards.
Support NCR processes with accurate documentation and escalation of systemic issues.
Monitor MRB inventory levels and escalate risks.
Promote a culture of quality, problem-solving, and accountability.

Combination of desk/computer work and walking/standing in production areas.
Certifications in GD&T and IPC 600/610/620ASQ or CQE certification.
Training in Lean Manufacturing or Lean Sigma tools.
Effective communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of inspection methods, measurement tools, MRB/NCR processes, and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
3–5 years of experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency with quality systems, ERP/MRP, and Microsoft Office.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
