The Equipment Commissioning Manager (EqCM) supports the Equipment North America (EqNA) organization on startup, warranty, and service coordination. Reporting first to the Regional Service Manager and later to the Branch Service Manager, the EqCM is accountable to the HVAC Equipment Operations Manager and works closely with the Customer Resource Coordinator to meet labor requirements and serve as the single point of contact for equipment contracts.

Required qualifications include more than ten years of industry experience or a technical engineering or construction degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Writer, and Windows, strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Preferred qualifications are a BA in engineering or construction, HVAC equipment knowledge, and advanced MS Office skills.
